Can i see his messages from MyVerizon? I just want to make sure he is being responsible. I dont want to download an app or anything.

If he is using the Verizon Message+ app on his phone, you can log into his MyVerizon account with his credentials in order to view his messages. If he deletes a message on his device, though, it would also be deleted in the MyVerizon account as it simply mirrors the phone.
