CAN I FORWARD ALL MY TEXT MESSAGE TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT?  AND WILL THEY ALSO GO TO MY PHONE AS WELL?

You should be able to forward your text messages to your e-mail, but I'm not sure what you mean by 'will they also go to my phone'. 

Edited to add:  You can forward individual text messages to your e-mail.  If you are talking about forwarding all text messages so that they automatically go to your e-mail as well as arrive on your phone as text messages, I'm not aware of a way to do that (there may be apps, but I'm not familiar with any if there are).
