Can I stop Verizon Messages?

since the last upgrade, I have been getting VZ messages with a 6 digit code. Cannot find a way to reply or delete or cease them very annoying I get about 8 to 10 per day.

I would be concerned too if I were receiving these messages. Were you using the Verizon Messages app prior to this happening? Do you have any other devices synced up to your messages such as a tablet or computer?
