When in my iPhone stock messaging app and on the conversation with who sent the picture file I click on the ( i ) in the top right corner. And click on the pic received. Then click on the 3 parallel lines botom right hand cornor. Iโm guessing in the pictures taken on the sent device.

That's a great question, Mikej72. The sequence of numbers after "attachment-1" are the timestamp for when the photo was taken. The numbers before "attachment-1" are tags that are for the MMS message itself, which are added to the file name for the picture when it is attached to the MMS Message.
