Is there any way to shut off that pin verification? I can't bring my phone into work. I use the web app to check my messages. So I have no way of receiving or entering the pin. I had been using your web app to text for years. Really not happy with this. Please advise.
DCFeline, we can understand the frustration with the additional verification. However, due to security concerns and ensuring the utmost safety of our customers' accounts, there is not a way to disable at this time.
