I receive a picture message and I hold down and it says "saved to gallery". but I can not find the picture(s) anywhere. I have checked google photos and downloads. this just recently started. nothing new has been installed that would cause an issue.

We always want to make sure you're able to view any media saved on your device through Verizon Messages. When a picture is saved on Verizon Messages, the picture will be saved onto an album called VZMedia. Could you please review your gallery and see if this album is present? DavidR_VZW
