I am receiving picture messages but no text messages from one specific person.
I did a factory reset and took out my SIM card and battery.
He is sending snap shots of his responses and I am not getting anything.
PLEASE help! I have a Samsung Stratosphere.

There may be a corruption with their actual contact in your phone since it's only happening to one person. Please delete that contact and readd it with the 10 digit number (no 1).
Are you using the messaging application that came with the phone or a 3rd party application?
