I have a Pantech Crux with an unlimited Texting Plan. For the past week and a half I have not been able to send or receive texts. When I send a text my phone says it was sent but whoever I send it to doesn't receive it. When someone sends me a text my phone doesn't receive anything. On My Verizon it says my plan has "0 out of Unlimited" texts sent. The rest of the people in my family (who have the same plan) aren't experiencing any problems. I can make calls perfectly as well. I'm not sure if the problem is with my phone, my plan, or what but its getting really annoying.

I would agree that this is very annoying! Text messaging is so important nowadays. Is every one you message not receiving those? Or just a select number of them? Have you noticed a pattern if it is just a specific area code or carrier not getting the texts you send? You also cannot receive yourself, I see. Since you cannot send or receive, its likely an issue on your account that we need to address. If this is still an issue for you, please send me a private message and I will address your concern as soon as possible.
