I can't download my text message record. When I try i get the message "Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later." This has been going on for at least 10 days. It did work a few months back. I have tried contacting Chat Support with poor results that have ended in being disconnected from second level support multiple times. Why am I paying such high prices for the "Most reliable, Best rated, Most coverage, service provider" and I can't even use a simple download feature?
