I got a text from my insurance company while waiting for its towing services. Somehow when I was replying "no" to a message, I blocked any messages from being sent to that number.
I cannot figure out what I did or how to reverse it. I can respond to anyone else and I get the text message from the insurance company, I just cant reply. When I respond, it says failed. That number is blocked from me sending out a reply. Can anyone help me?
The error code it gives is: Addr. Vcnt.
PLEASE HELP.
Yermeri,
I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to get text messages from your insurance company! It sounds like you may have blocked premium SMS or messages from shortcodes. Follow the steps here to remove block from your account. Keep us posted, and let us know if you were able to unblock and get it working, so we can be sure that this is resolved for you.

Hi Michelle, under that option you gave me, it only allows me to block a number but not to unblock it. Is there another way?
Yermeri, help is still here. Via the link that my colleague sent you, it does have the steps for unblocking numbers listed under 6. How do I remove a calling or texting block?

I do hope this helps. Lastly, was the number you blocked a full 10-digit number or a short code message (four to five digits in length) premium message?
