I received a text message from Verizon asking that I confirm a service appointment. However, when I try to reply it says the message did not send. This is the only number I have problem with. Please advise. Thank you.

The text is coming from a short code, which you can't compose texts back to, except for when the message says something like "reply with Y" or something very simple to confirm.  Is there a link in the text for you to tap in order to confirm?

Another thing which can be causing problems is if you don't have SMS enabled on your phone.  Short code texts are in SMS format and you have to respond in SMS format only.

Thank you.

Asks to respond with a complete word -- Keep.

No link to confirm.

SMS is enabled.

Still cannot send.

Sorry to hear you still can't respond to the short code text to confirm.  If this appointment hasn't already happened, what about using the Stores link at the top of the forum page to look up the store in question and it'll give you the direct phone number for that store so you can call them to confirm the appointment?
