It only shows txt back so far then I can't view any older messages beyond that. And I know there are messages older than where it ends.Any Answers?
Once your phone reaches a limit (and it's different for each phone, dependent on how much internal memory your particular phone allots to text messages) it starts deleting the oldest messages. Normally you can't store more than 100 or so sent or received messages....if there is info you need to save, forward it to an email address, or lock the messages you absolutely need to save.
i find my phone works best if I erase all messages, sent and received, every few days.
Some phones also have the ability to save text messages to an SD card--then you are only limited by the size of your card.
