Can't send group text on pixel 2

I cannot send group texts on Verizon Messanger. I can recieve, but when I send it just says sending.

I'm sorry that you cannot send group text messages, OllieandMo. We are committed to assisting you as much as possible. You mention that you are using Verizon Messenger. Did you mean to Verizon Message+ (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-messages-faqs/)?

 

We must be sure that we are troubleshooting the correct application.
