Can't send or receive text messages (using pay-per-use)

We are currently unable to send or receive text messages on a Casio G'zOne Ravine phone.  It is on a Verizon contract currently, but does NOT have a texting plan.  We just use the pay-per-use feature for texts on this phone.

 

Any idea what we need to turn on to allow this phone to send/receive texts?

Call and make sure there are no blocks, maybe blocking got on there by accident or something.  Mary

I understand the importance of staying connected via text and apologize for the delayed response. I am hopeful you took acraftylady's  suggestion and contacted customer service by dialing *611, to ensure a text block is not present on your account.   If you are still experiencing issues with your text messaging please PM me your wireless number.  Additionally, when did the problem begin?
