Can't use messaging service at all, are there problems currently?

We use the messaging service for work and I use it for my personal line while at work and home.  I (or anyone in my department that uses the same line to send/receive messages) can't get them to go through.  They apparently go through hours later.  It won't generate a new code if we try to uninstall/reinstall the Desktop App.

That's certainly concerning to hear! We want to make sure everything works great for you. Does this only happen when you try to use this at work? Or do you get the same issues when trying to use this at home? What type of device do you have? Do messages work well when you send them from the phone?

Newbie

I am having same issue with trying to get security code.  The code takes around 3 hours to get then the code doesn't work.  Called tech support and they are saying I need a new phone.  I have deleted app and reinstalled and even took my phone to factory reset and still doesn't work.
