I recently attempted to activate a phone. It never got activated because of a problem with my phone. I was setting up a phone I already had. I setup autopay and don't need it. One payment has already been taken. I need this credited back to my Visa card and autopay canceled. I've been on the phone 6 times trying to get this canceled. I've been transferred from agent to agent. Been hung up on.
I need this taken care of. Getting very frustrated at this point.
