We can definitely post a solution for you but we want to ensure that we resolve each issue specifically and individually as well to be as efficient as possible.  This is primarily because some resolutions will not work for all customers for the same or similar issues.  Can you tell us more about your specific issue so that we can fully assist you here?  -Sean

The size and resolution is kept small to allow it to be compatible with all the devices using the network. That way no matter who you send the picture to they will be able to receive it.

If you really need to send a high resolution photo, you should send via email or a file share cloud site.
