When I received pictures via Message+ app, it takes hours or days for them to download and open. App was working fine until 2 weeks ago. I have tried every suggestion online and through Verizon's blog - no go! What is the fix for this issue?

That's too long to have this problem with your pictures to download on your Message+ app. It's important you're able to receive all of your photos and I'll be happy to get this fixed. Allow me to gather some more information, so I can better assist you. What make and model phone do you have? Can you tell me if you're having any issues with receiving/sending regular messages via your Message+ application?
