When setting up my verizon home wifi, they gave me a line for my account that doesn't match my regular phone number, therefore I can't access messages they send for my account settings. Is there a way I can access this new line through a Verizon app or have it changed to my regular number so I can get the messages?
It is always good to know the options for your account, we'll be glad to help out. In this case, if you have a data-only device, any account notifications will be sent via email. You can register for My Verizon with your email as well.
