I cannot send or recieve pictures on my pantech jest. Help?
solidarity my freind, your not the only one...do you get a "network authentication failed" message when you try to send a pic?
seems like the whole vzw networks been a little wonky the past week, I wonder if it has something to do with this new 4g network they're supposed to be launching
Try powering the device off, removing the battery for about 1 minute, then powering the device back on. Then dial *228 send and option 1 on the device. If you are getting an error message when you try sending a message each time you would want to check your account features.
