I installed the Verizon Messages app on two laptops, a Dell 2-n-1 Inspiron 11 and a Dell Inspiron 17 7000. I cannot see all my Verizon contacts in Messages on either machine. I can see them in my online account at verizon.com/cloud. How to I get the Windows app to include all my Verizon contacts? Thanks
I'm having the same problem and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Super frustrating and also the app freezes a lot. How do we sync our contacts to the Desktop App for Windows and Mac?
