Hello, I need some help retrieving my Costco shop from Verizon.
I added 4 lines to my account but only received 3 shop cards. This is ridiculously frustrating to keep having to ask for something that was promised to our family. I need this resolved immediately!
Hello Misskizzy2003q, we're sorry you're having issues with your promotion. The ecard will be emailed from Costco directly. Can you please check your Inbox and your SPAM folders? You will receive an email from costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com.
