The other day I installed Verizon Messages on my PC and iPad. On my phone I use Android (Google) Messages. I received a group message which I replied to from Verizon Messages on my PC. I know that messages don't sync between Verizon Messages and Google Android and that's fine.
However now all the messages in that group conversation are there except for the first message I received and my first reply. I am 100% certain I did not delete them.
They do not exist on Verizon Messages for PC or iPad, nor on Android Messages on my phone (the last part is as I would expect). I do *not* use Verizon Cloud since I use Google backup for my phone.
Since I am 100% certain I did not delete them, and am 100% certain I sent the message in question from Verizon Messages for PC, is there any way for me to retrieve it on my PC (or otherwise). My best guess at this point is that somehow when these messages were syncing between devices the top two disappeared.

I do have my Google Backup, but since the message was sent from Verizon Messages for PC I doubt it got backed up.

Thank you for the suggestion! The first several times I clicked on the conversation is would just load and load, while strangely, other conversations would load fine. But I did finally get it to load and just as on the PC and iPad the first message and my first reply are gone. All others are there.
Losing a text message usually wouldn't be that big a deal, this just happens to be a very important one that I need for our business records :-(.
I can totally understand where you are coming from. I know how important this text message is especially if it for business purposes. I would love to help as much as I can. If you are not able to see your message then there is a possibility that it is gone. What you can do is make sure that your information is backed up with Verizon Cloud. Review "Back up your content with the Verizon Cloud app"
