REALMCCOY2018, I rely on text heavily, so can understand your concern for having access to type the texts. We are here to work toward a resolution. The first step is to gather more information. Do you recall any recent changes to the phone around the time this happened? Does this problem happen in both Verizon Messages and the native messages app? What is the make and model of your phone?
