When I looked at data usage for a specific line I see a time stamp with the amount of data used. Is the time stamp when it began usage or when t ended? Some large amounts of data are used in the early morning well before any of us are up using it. Can you explain how the time stamps work? Why/when does it register a data calculation?

It is always important to stay up to speed with your data usage. I definitely want to ensure that you are being billed and charged correctly for your data. Typically when we see large amounts of data in the early morning hours, it may be an automatic software update or an application update. Where are you looking at to see your data usage?

I'm looking on My Verizon under usage details. I'm not thinking it is inaccurate. My question simply is are the time stamps when the data started being used or the time it stopped?
