We are noticing when we send email to text to some of our corporate mobile phones that some users report up to 18 hour delay before receive text messages. We use this method should we have a site down incident, but with hours of delay it’s posing a challenge.
We are using O365 email to Verizon SMS. We are able to email to text through a gmail or yahoo mail account and receive the messages right away.
Is there anyone that can assist or at a minimum chat with me on this?

There are numerous threads on issues with Verizon's email to text service using vtext.com and vzwpix.com. There are inconsistent responses from agent monitoring this Forum, including stating this service ended several years ago, only business accounts can subscribe to this service and others. We have had zero responses from the Verizon Messaging Team when asking for help with their partner Cloudfilter.net filtering/throttling messages into the Verizon network. There is talk about having originating sites being placed on a 'white list' somewhere but the process to get this done in not clear. Good luck.
