I am trying to clean up all of the many text messages I have never deleted off of my phone. So when I delete messages or conversations from the Messages web app, why aren't they deleted from my phone?
We want to make sure that all of your messages are synced properly, dmarie7. If you are going through the app on your device, are you able to delete the messages there successfully? Do you know if you have previously used Verizon Cloud to back up your messages? If you have, I would recommend running a new back up once you have deleted the messages so your device does not restore any previously saved conversations.
