Deleting Message + Contacts

The desktop app for Verizon Message + has it's own contacts list.  Despite what Verizon reps say, it is *NOT* the Cloud contacts.  No one seems to know how to delete contact from that list.

Please don't send links on how to delete phone contacts, Google contacts, Cloud contacts.  It is *NONE OF THOSE*.  It is its own separate free-standing list that no one seems to know how to delete.
