Deleting messages

I cannot get a particular message to delete.  I delete and close out the app.  Go back in and it shows up again.  What is going on?

We want to make sure your device works the way you want it, SLD4056. What is the make and model of your device that you are using? Just to clarify, is this the Message+ application? Have you updated it to the most current version and do you have it synced to your Cloud service to back up messages? Have you tried to force close the application through the app manager?
