My daughter has a Gzone Commando and for the last 48 hours received messages are delayed. This is a new phone and we cant figure out why. It was not happening last month when she got the phone. The messages she is receiving are only text messages and she gets them all at once, randomly throughout the day. Please help
Have her dial *228 option 1 to reprogram the phone. The phone will restart on it's own and may have a better connection with the network and allow more efficient transmission of the messages.
What kind of signal does the phone get? It may be it has a weaker signal and then grabs all the messages when the signal gets stronger as she moves around during the day.
