Desktop not syncing

I have the desktop app at home and work.  My phone's messages have no problems syncing at work, but this is not happening at home.  What am I missing?

We will have this fixed in no time.  What type of phone do you have? Are you recieving an error message when syncing? Provide more information to better assist.
