Digital Voice call logs & blocking designed by sadist

I wonder how many other customers are fed up with Verizon's pathetic user interface.

1. Incoming call log shows number called. DUH, that's my number. They hide the calling number, because?

2. Blocking should be a 3 click max action: select call, click Block, click Confirm. It's more like twice that now, plus scrolling.

If anyone has found a shortcut to stop the spam calls that Verizon on its own hasn't figured out how to block, please enlighten me. Thank you.
