I do all the sign up, then sent to the Disney page. I have to choose a monthly or yearly subscription. But I thought this is FREE for 12 months!!!??

To sign up, please open your "My Verizon app"> tap the Menu icon in the top left > then tap account> tap Add-ons > from the Entertainment tab, scroll to Disney+, and tap Learn More > then tap Enroll > review and accept the Terms and Conditions, then tap Confirm.
