Over the weekend my Verizon message+ app is receiving double messages. I'm receiving them from both Verizon customers and nonverizon customers. Anyone know how I can fix this? It's quite annoying. Thanks! I have a galaxy s9+
Getting duplicates of my messages would annoy me also, allyj08. We want to ensure you're able to get your messages normally and are here to assist with this matter. Are you still having the issue with the duplicate messages. If so, have you tried uninstalling the Verizon Messages app from the Play Store and then re-installing it? If not, please give this a try and keep us posted with your results.
