Downloaded message + and won't work

I just downloaded the app for my desktop of the Integrated Message+ and when I try to get in the program it says, "error generating pin". I have made sure I have my pin updated in Verizon but still won't work. Help?

The download or install may be corrupted. Try deleting/uninstalling the app, redownload a fresh copy of the install file, and see if that works any better.
