Droid Bionic Messaging

Can someone please help me.  I've updated my phone as well as added a text plan. I can send texts, but can not receive them.

Have you power cycled the phone after you made the change?  The 4G LTE SIM needs to receive the updated information from the Verizon Wireless servers.
