I sent an egift to a friend and when he recieved the egift there was no instructions or card number or anything that tells him how to redeem the egift...but I was charged 100 dollars...please help!!!!

 

Customer service has been useless trying to figure this out.

It was purchased thru Verizon messages on my tablet.
