Every time I choose the E-Gift option on the Message plus app on my Iphone and my Ipad the app completely shuts down. From what I have seen from other users, this has been an issue for about a week. I continue to see users being messaged that they will be sent a private message on this issue but no one has been given a resolution. This does not seem to be a user specific error. Continuously asking us to reintegrate or update the app is ineffective as the issue is not stemming from our personal devices. Is there anyone with knowledge of an estimated timeline of when they will fix this issue? At this point this shown be a known issue with an estimated time for resolution but it seems like no one with Verizon is aware of the problem.

It seems to be affecting all users and absolutely no word from Verizon even acknowledging the issue.
