Email to SMS gateway failing

I am unable to successfully sent and email from my web hosting server through the vtext.com sms gateway to my phone.  I can send successfully send message to my phone from gmail.com and from my home ISP account.  I have been working with my web host server admins and they claim the problem is at the Verizon end.  Their logs show the email successfully leaving the server but they never get to my phone and there is no bounce message.

I need help from a vtext.com administrator to look through the logs to see if we can find out why the two systems refuse to talk to each other.  Can someone direct me to the right place to pursue this issue?

This is not coming from an automated service.  It is a normal email account on our organization's web server.

I'm looking for a little more information so I can at least explain to those I support more than it just doesn't work.  Do you have any additional information as to why?  Are there any Verizon technical support people I can contact?

Vtext has moved to a new platform that is why some of the features are not working. Vtext.com does still work. Integrated Messages also known as Messages + is the new supported service.

How do I use the Integrated Messages to email a text to a Verizon phone?

You can send a text from your e-mail account by entering your full 10 digit number@vtext.com (no spaces or dashes) This would work as long as you send it from an e-mail account. I hope this works for you.

I need help troubleshooting a connection to vtext.com.  I have an email account on our church's web server that when I send to ##########@vtext.com nothing happens, no bounced email message, no errors.  I've been working with the sysadmins for the server and they say the emails are being successfully sent and that the problem is on the vtext.com end.  Email to the Verizon sms gateway works from other sources like gmail.com.  I need help to diagnose this problem so I can get them to make the appropriate corrections to their outgoing email configuration. The server's name is [removed].  Can someone at Verizon please help me with this?

Are the texts being sent as group messages and/or with pictures/special characters?  If so, then they need to be sent to ##########@vzwpix.com
