We have a business where we send out emails to user's cells via Gmail. We noticed that, as of Friday (2/27/20), these are not going through and we are receiving the following bounce back message in Gmail.
"554 vzw-ibgw-5003a.stratus.cloudmark.com cmsmtp ESMTP server not available - POL102 - 8s6cjAO2DjhDy"
We performed some testing and sent an email to the cell through Outlook from a Microsoft Exchange account and got the following, different message.
"Message could not be delivered to mobile.
Error: No valid recipients for this MM"
I've checked the email headers so I know that the emails are getting to the VZW servers so the issue seems to be on your side. Any constructive assistance would be greatly appreciated.
