Email to Vtext Delayed or Not Going Through

Hello,

The company I work for ( On a separate account I'm posting this on my personal) utilizes Vtext to notify our techs of alarms.  In the last week or so we've been having serious delays in receiving these messages to our Verizon phones.  At times they dont go through at all.  I've searched threads for possible solutions but have come up short.  

 

We send the emails to Vtext from our internal Outlook instance.  Is it possible our IP is restricted or being blacklisted in some manner?  These communications are critical as we have many mission critical systems we tend to 24/7.   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  I can provide further information upon request to help

You might update this thread with the results of your contact with the corporate rep.  Then, 'if' your issue is resolved, mark this thread as ANSWERED.
