All email to text appear to be blocked by Verizon. What do we need to do to get these unblocked? We use this as a way to get network alerts in my company. Do I need to contact someone at Verizon?

I am seeing this same behavior but it only appears to be when an auto-reply is sent from an account I am communicating with.
