[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]

I deleted it. I noticed I am getting several emails that are the same. Seems like it’s coming from a legitimate source but the reply is to someone completely different. I am being cautious now to look at every email carefully and delete those emails

I didn't see the email address either as it was removed before I opened the thread, but if the reply was going to someplace completely different, then the message was not legitimate.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Typical email from Verizon will be from an email ending with ecrmemail verizonwireless com
If it's not that I personally will ignore it. Can't be too cautious with all the fake emails out there.
