When sending an email/text message to a number @vzwpix.com, the message delivery is severely delayed, typically by hours. When I send from a Comcast or Gmail account, it delivers instantaneously.
Here is what the Office365 errors show each time. I am not sure what is causing the issue.
Reason: [{LED=450 4.4.317 Cannot connect to remote server [Message=421 vrz-ibgw-5003a.ext.cloudfilter.net cmsmtp 40.107.237.71 server temporarily unavailable AUP#CNCT] [LastAttemptedServerName=vzwpix.com] [LastAttemptedIP=35.169.108.175:25] [SmtpSecurity=-2;-2] [BN8NAM12FT046.eop-nam12.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-07-25T22. OutboundProxyTargetIP: 35.169.108.175. OutboundProxyTargetHostName: vzwpix.com
It doesn't matter what vzwpix.com email address it sends to, we have tried many different ones, and it is the same experience with all of them. We do not have this issue with messages to TMobile or AT&T, so it seems to be specifically a Verizon issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
