I created a group and no one can see the names. I see them fine because I created the group. Most have Verizon. We have a combination of iPhones and Android phones. This doesn't make any sense as we all have each other's numbers in our contact lists. The group is of no use to us if we can't see each other's names. How do I fix this?
Messages+ is getting shut down next month and there have been assorted strange things going on with it in recent months already.
I have same issue PLUS many do not receive the group text even if they have Message+ app on their phone. This is crazy?! Please Verizon FIX THIS.

Like @SynthpopAddict said, Message+ is being shut down (sunsetted/retired). I don't think any maintenance/fixing is being done on the app/service.
GolfGal1, we want to make sure that you're able to make/receive texts. I do see it was shared in this thread that Message+ is being shutdown: https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-messages-faqs/ Do you experience this issue when using a messaging app other than Message+?
