I received a text message from Verizon reading “VZ MSG: Hi *****! Your iPhone XS is worth $800. Get iPhone 14 128GB on us when you upgrade and trade it in. No plan change needed. Limited time only. Visit m.vzw.com/iPhone14-Promo (data charges may apply). Add'l terms & trade-in conditions apply. Reply "X" to stop msgs.” I took time out of my day to go to Verizon just to be immediately told that I need to “change my plan to an unlimited one” after the text message clearly states otherwise. This is such a misleading business practice, shame on you! I’m sure others are just as sick of your false advertisements.
