We currently have four lines on the subject plan, two of which have the grandfathered unlimited data (for which they pay an incremental $49.99 monthly fee) and two that do not. I have two questions:
* It seems from the online bill explanation that although messages and voice minutes were initially limited (e.g. 1400 total minutes to numbers outside of those on the account), that is no longer the case. Is that true?
* If we drop one or two of the lines out of the account (e.g. move them to a new account with a new plan), the base plan features/costs would not change. In other words, there is no requirement that there be a specific number of lines on the plan. The only change would be that incremental charges associated with the dropped lines would go away. Does that make sense?

Makes sense, but trying to find out what will or won’t work with the grandfathered plans is almost impossible as my plan is now older than some of the employees trying to answer the questions.
