I just experienced the worst customer service from a someone at Verizon who called themselves a manger - Blake. Kept apologizing for the rep lying to me in October but he continued to say there was nothing anyone could do for me. This has been the most frustrating and upsetting experience I have ever had. This makes me not want to be a Verizon customer.
