Free verizon to verizon pix / flix messages??

Is sending and receiving pictures and video messages free between verizon and verizon people?

Only if text plan is 500 texts or higher

Hm. Well I have a 5000 a month plan. If I send pictures to someone in the verizon network who doesn't have at least a 500 plan, do they get charged?

If they have the 250 text plan or lower then it will count as a text towards there balance. 500 or higher text plan has unlimited mobile to mobile text messaging
