Getting Pics from old phone to new phone

I had and LG now I have the convoy 2 I have hundreds of Pics on the old phone I would like to get them to the new phone!  Anyone, please help!!!!

How you do this depends on the specific model LG phone you have. If the phone supports an SD card, saving the pics to the card, then to your computer, and finally to the Convoy would be the most direct.
